Excellent....No Games....No B.S. not only is Rich a Public Adjuster, but in this regard to us he is known as our public defender dealing with home insurance companies.... PDS is the justice between you and your insurance company, with years of experience under their belt. your only mistake when dealing with Home insurance companies is not hiring PDS.. Rich was great. He was very professional with handling my claim. He was able to get me what my claim was worth. Additionally, he is continuing to pursue additional money that is due to me. My water damage claim was denied by my insurance company and Rich Perea was able to get it reopened and he got them to pay everything that was owed on my claim. His years of experience really showed. Because Rich took over my claim I didn't even have to speak with my lying adjuster anymore. I am going to switch to another insurance company and if I ever have another claim on my home, I'm going to call Rich Perea before I do anything else. 1/16/2022

Our home had a bad water pipe leak that caused a lot of damage . We were getting a lot of push back from our home owners insurance in regards to helping with damages and repairs. We were left with no running showers in our home for a little over 3 months . We were very frustrated and felt defeated with our insurance company because we were left with no answers from them and only “we are still looking into it”(for over 3 months). We were then referred to Rich Perea public adjuster. He must have been heaven sent to our family . He quickly took over the burden for us and contacted the insurance company and got that ball rolling immediately. He is a great advocate for his clients and goes above and beyond. He always kept us updated no matter how small the details were. He is always “just a phone call away.” We are blessed to have had him in our corner when we felt we had no more options. Rich Perea was the best help! He helped me so much in receiving the services I needed to get my property put back together after a major sewage damage to both bathrooms!
